Island Hotel Newport Beach features more than 30,000 square feet of meeting and function space, including: the nearly 7,000-square-foot Palm Garden ballroom, complete with a permanent stage and wide rear doors to allow automobile access; a 6,600-square-foot traditional ballroom (divisible by 2); five meeting rooms equipped with built-in screens and marker boards and outdoor terraces; and five additional meeting suites accommodating from 10 to 18 conference style. A full-service audio-visual department coordinates all technical needs.
