Huntington Beach Historical Society’s Civil War Days The 17th Annual Civil War Days celebrates the 150th anniversary of the Civil War and features nearly 1,000 re-enactors giving live weapons demonstrations, living histories and battle reenactments. Location: 7111 Talbert Ave.
Oktoberfest at Old World Village Get out your lederhosen and learn the Chicken Dance at Oktoberfest in Huntington Beach. The 35th annual event includes German bands, dancing and tasty German foods from bratwürst with potato salad to apple strudel. Oktoberfest offers family-fun days and adults-only nights.
