Easter Brunch at Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort

It’s the time of year again when families get together to celebrate Easter by dressing in their Sunday best, enjoying a group brunch, hunting for hidden Easter eggs and grabbing a glimpse of the Easter Bunny. The Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort has made it that much easier this year by offering fun, family-friendly activities including a decadent brunch that includes live music, table-side visits from the Easter Bunny and Egg Hunts for the children.
Executive Chef Jeff Littlefield will be preparing a delightful brunch that will start with an assortment of artisan cheeses, accompanied by assorted olives; corn chowder with smoked shrimp; orange chicken salad with sweet peas and a sesame dressing; asparagus “mimosas”; beet salad with oranges and a black pepper and red onion dressing; and a fresh fruit cascade.
Main course selections will include a choice of Alaskan crab legs; fresh jumbo shrimp cocktail; oysters on the half shell; a Waterfront sushi selection; scallop, rock shrimp and calamari ceviche; lobster bisque; Shades’ famous crab cakes cooked to order; and pan seared salmon with corn, leeks and spinach ragout.
A carving board will feature roast prime rib with cabernet sauce; Swiss chard and pine nut stuffed pork loin; herb marinated leg of lamb with roasted vegetables; stuffed chicken breast with mushroom duxelle; haricot vert with almonds and applewood bacon; all accompanied by buttermilk whipped potatoes.
Traditional breakfast items will include eggs Benedict; Belgian waffles; bacon, breakfast sausage, and kielbasa; scrambled eggs; and an omelet station. Last but not least, tasty treats will consist of devils food bites; carrot cake; chocolate éclairs; cheesecake with berry sauces; tiramisu cakes with amaretto; a banana tart; Black Forest cakes; and tuxedo strawberries.
Easter Brunch will be presented in three different seatings at 10:00am, 12:30pm and 3:00pm. The prices for this event are $75 per adult and $12.95 per child, plus tax and gratuity. Two egg hunts will be held on the pool deck for children ages 3 to 12, and will take place at 12 and 2:30 p.m.
