The Glowing Shamrock
By Shades Restaurant & Bar at Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort
¾ oz. Citrus Vodka
¾ oz. Rum
¾ oz. Midori
2 oz. Lemonade
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Mix well. Strain into a tall glass with ice. Garnish with a gummy worm.
Irish Chocolate Mint

1 ½ oz. Jameson's Irish Whiskey
1 ½ oz. Godiva Dark Chocolate
Fresh Whipped Cream
Green Crème de Menthe
Shake Jameson and Godiva together. Pour into a martini glass. Incorporate Crème de Menthe to the whipped cream and cover the top of the drink with a fine layer. Garnish with a mint leaf and shaved chocolate.
Check out the St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at Balboa Bay Club & Resort with a dynamic and talented Irish group Van Dieman’s Band featuring Gilman Carver playing at Duke’s Place March 17 5 – 10 pm. Their spirited Irish music will have you up dancing a jig all night and of course the celebration wouldn’t be complete without the delicious delights of an Irish buffet menu, $25 per person.
The Nutty Leprechaun

2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 oz. Frangelico
Mix together and finish with flakes of gold.
Paddy's Espresso Martini
By Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa
1 ½ oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
¾ oz. Green Menthe
¾ oz. Irish Creme
1 oz. Cream
1 oz. Chocolate Syrup
1 oz. Chilled Espresso
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled half way with ice, shake and strain into a martini glass that has chocolate syrup on the rim. Garnish with a mint leaf.
The Saint Patrick's Day Cocktail

1 ½ oz. Jameson's Irish Whiskey
½ oz. Belle de Brillet Pear Liqueur
1 oz. Fresh Honeydew Juice
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Taragon infused Simple Syrup
Splash Club Soda
Mix together and serve tall, garnished with a lime peel.
